Use automation tools (robots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data.
Share your account or subscription access with others.
Upload harmful software or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
8. Exam and Content Disclaimer
8.1 The Service provides mock exams and preparatory content for educational purposes only.
8.2 While the questions are designed to mirror the RES exam style and syllabus, we do not guarantee you will pass the actual RES exam.
8.3 Success depends on your understanding, effort, and application of the knowledge you acquire.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9.3 We are not responsible for any errors in Content or temporary unavailability of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RESmockexams, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
